The first smartphone was created by the IBM company in 1994, the phone was called Simon, this device included a touch screen, email, and integrated applications, which possessed a computer and a block of sketches.

Smartphones were improved after the appearance of the Apple company that launched its first Phone, thanks to its creator Steve Jobs who had the vision to create this device at that time the 3G version of the phone is used in 2008, and more than 200 million people use this type of technology. At this time network operators were used based on the tariff structure they had relied on for decades. After the incorporation of mobile internet browsing, many companies were incorporated such as the company Samsung and Blackberry and others.

 

At present, there are different smartphones, which can be used for different purposes thanks to the software it has and the different features they possess that help in various activities, for example: to watch videos, listen to music, surf the internet, schedule, and meet in virtual meetings and play videos and many other things.

Also, smartphones have different applications, an app is a software program that is designed to perform a certain function directly for the user, generally small and specific program that is used particularly in mobile devices: cell phones and tablets, televisions.
