Video games are considered as one of the inventions of technology today since they provide different forms of entertainment and bring together different cultures, since by these virtual games you can find the inventiveness of the human being, the different cultural forms that exist, various forms of social interactions because in video games you can play online with anyone who uses the different s consoles. One of the most interesting companies is the Nintendo company.

 

Nintendo was created in 1989 by a Japanese company and its main founder is Fusajiro Yamauchi, who at first was assigned the name to the company as Nintendo Koppaii that was dedicated to the development of a card game called  hanafuda.

Its first official video game was a 1978 arcade game called "Computer Othello" with a large list of similar games that appeared in the following years, "Radar Scope" and "Donkey Kong", was carried out with the help of Shigeru Miyamoto.

Later, Nintendo Entertainment System was born  in 1983, which was an 8-bit console launched by Nintendo in Japan under the name Famicom, from Family Computer. Which helped in the construction of future consoles. At that time games were created as: Mario Bros in 1983 and The Legend of Zelda in 1986. Later came the Super Nes console  that was a worldwide success. It was a 16-bit console that provides acceptable visual graphics for users and great video games emerged, among them were: Super Mario World in 1991, Street Fighter 2, Donkey Kong Country in 1994 and Kirby Super Star and among others.

 

Nintendo 64 emerged in 1996 and provided a 64-bit version and that gives a vision of the platform in 3D, where the possibility of moving the cameras of the game was introduced to have a vision of everything around it. One of the most outstanding games was: The  Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong 64, Golden Eye 007, Star Fox 64, Mario Kary 64 and Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo Game Cube was born in 2001, in this version the introduction of the mini DVD, the improvement of the graphics and the different forms of audio stood out.

In 2006, a version of the console called Wii arrived and its innovation was a wireless remote control capable of detecting movement and rotation in a three-dimensional space.

Nintendo Switch emerged on March 3, 2017 that was considered a hybrid console and could be used as a desktop console with the main unit inserted into a docking station to connect it with a TV, it is also one of the best-selling consoles around the world and especially a high definition graphics.

The console uses as physical flash ROM cartridges  and a digital version to download the video games and you can also use wireless controls that are included in the console.
